On Thursday, July 17, 2025, ITTC Canada and Edmonton businesspeople met with UCP party leader and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith, Minister of Services Alberta, and Minister Dale Nally at Cattail Cross Golf Club for a Business Roundtable. We discussed Alberta’s economic structure, opportunities, and integrated business development. Alberta offers ample opportunities and ample resources for external development.

The Premier and Minister Nally, who continued their regular Q&A session, reported that the meeting was very productive and that they had effectively communicated Alberta’s resources and opportunities to both Albertan and international businesspeople through a thorough exchange of ideas. ITTC Canada Ltd., which organized the Edmonton businesspeople, brought together individuals from diverse business groups, from the food sector to real estate, construction, metal fabrication, flooring wholesale and retail, and builders, among others. Also at our table as guests of honour were Kenan Tan, the retired Canadian Consul General in Edmonton, and the currently active Honorary Consul General of Mauritania.
